  Crea srl sends the address for registration directly by e-mail, together with the username and password needed to access the section.
• Where can I find the username and password needed to register?
  Crea srl sends the username and password by e-mail, together with the address where you will find the form.
• I forgot my password. How can I recover it?
  At www.crea-srl.com/area_clienti.html you can access the password recovery service by clicking on the special link under the data entry form. Just enter the e-mail address from which you registered and you will receive an e-mail with instructions for creating a new password.
• I entered the correct username and password but it isn't working yet.
  Make certain that cookies are enabled. You can do this from your browser: Tools>Internet Options>Privacy and accept cookies.
• I followed all instructions, but I still can't access the area.
  Send an e-mail to info@crea-srl.com explaining your problem. We will try to resolve it as quickly as possible!
